What is a BAA?
Under the HIPAA Privacy Rule, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is a contract between a covered entity (or another business associate) and a vendor that will create, receive, maintain, or transmit protected health information (PHI) on behalf of the covered entity. A BAA defines each party's responsibilities for safeguarding PHI and is required by law before PHI may be shared with KindlyMoments for services we perform for you.
Important: A signed BAA is required before any PHI can be shared with KindlyMoments.
