Analyze monitoring and outcomes data, partner with research, and deliver insights that improve care pathways and reporting.
Own policies, risk assessments, BAAs, and workforce training; serve as a liaison for audits and incident response.
Define roadmaps for nurse workflows, alerts, and family dashboards alongside clinical advisors and health system partners.
Guide protocol design, staff training, and quality metrics; support escalations and documentation best practices.
Onboard hospitals and clinics, drive adoption, and translate customer needs into actionable product and support priorities.
